Aargon Neon is a licensed electrical sign contractor
since 1988 (C-45 #527541), specializing in custom neon signs in your choice of colors mounted on custom fabricated sheet metal sign cabinets hand painted with durable One-Shot Sign Enamel in the classic mid-century style.

All our exterior signs are UL listed. Permit services and professional installation are available.

The price for our custom exterior neon signs average a minimum of $2,000, with our prices starting at $1200.

Aargon Neon won a Signs of the Times Magazine 2001 Electrical Sign Contest award for the neon Farallon Restaurant sign on Post Street in San Francisco. This neon sign features hand-sculpted and hand-cast urethane faces on stainless steel channel letters.

The double-sided projecting neon sign for Diesel Books features a sheet metal sign cabinet shaped like a gas pump with neon over painted detailing.

"Old school style" double-sided sign, using a painted sheet metal sign can for Gevertz Pawn Shop in Oakland.

This neon sign for Chaz Restaurant on Fillmore Street in San Francisco has open pan channel neon letters mounted on a raceway.

The double-sided projecting neon sign for Bette's Bakeshop in Berkeley features a shaped sheet metal sign cabinet with neon over a painted logo.

The neon Tattoo sign and the neon rose were fabricated and installed on 24th Street in San Francisco for a Foster Farms commercial.

The set of the movie Made In America featured our exterior rotating fifteen-foot neon cowboy on a painted and contoured sheet metal sign cabinet. We also made the exterior roof mounted "Jackson's Motors" neon sign, and fabricated and installed the neon outlining of the movie set car dealership building.

For the movie Howard The Duck, we made this animated forty-foot tall "Joe Roma's" exterior neon sign. We also made the neon outlining and neon diamonds for the facade of the building.

The "La Rocca's Billiard's" neon sign was made for the movie Ed TV. This neon sign has a contoured sheet metal sign cabinet with neon over painted letters.

This double-sided projecting neon "Hotel" sign was featured in the movie The Big Green. This sign has an "L" shaped sheet metal sign cabinet with neon over painted letters.

We restored this existing neon sign and border display for Toot's Bar in Crockett in 2002 and 2003. When we sanded down the art deco sheet metal raceway we discover pin stripping that had been painted over about 20 years ago, which we restored with One Shot sign paint. The border neon is installed using UL listed G-Cup insulators.
